Secret Saturdays

Washington Highlands Library will host a Teen Book Club on Wednesdays during the Month of November.We will be discussing "Secret Saturdays" on Wednesday November 2, 9, 16, 2011 at 4:00 p.m.The book is about 12 year-old boys living in a rough part of New York who confrontquestions about what it means to be a friend, a father and a man.A copy of the book can be picked up at Washington Highlands Library.

Health Literacy/Computer Literacy Workshop for Seniors

Learn basic computer skills, gain an understanding of health literacy, learn to use government-sanctioned medical websites and how to find health information online.This 2.5-hour workshop will be conducted by P. I. Advocates International, Inc., a community education nonprofit.Seniors. Wednesday, November 16, 1-3:30 p.m.
