Join us at Northwest One for free yoga classes every Tuesday night from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The classes are geared towards beginners and all are welcome regardless of experience.  Classes are lead by qualified instructors and are provided courtesy of Yoga Activist.

Join us every Saturday from 10:00am to 11:00am for Adult Yoga Class.Wear some comfortable clothing and bring a mat, but if you don’t have one, yoga mats are available for use during the class.The classes are taught by Yoga Activist and are held on the lower level of the library in the Larger Meeting Room.This class is free and open to the public.

Start your Saturdays with Carol, Marjorie and some relaxing, stress-free yoga! Everyone is welcome, beginners especially! Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water. Bring your own yoga mat or use one of ours (limited availability).
