Soothing Sunday Yoga

Presented by Aparna, a certified a yoga instructor, this class is perfect for beginners, featuring soothing Hatha yoga and meditation. All participants must sign a waiver and be at least 18 years old. Please bring your own mat or towel. Session takes place in the sunny story time room on the first floor.

The Practice With Love classes aim to create an accessible space for all people to tune into their breath while enjoying the amazing spaces around our beautiful city. Come join us in the Large Meeting Room on select Tuesday evenings in April and May for a new evening yoga class. Class themes are focused on cultivating connections between neighbors and our own connection of breath and body. All levels are welcome! No experience necessary. Saturday Technology Training Session

Saturday Technology Training Sessions are an opportunity for members of the Adaptive Technology community to get together and share information in an open environment. Adaptive Technologies are broadly defined to include assistive software, hardware, and systems (like screen readers, speech-to-text, and video-relay-services), but also any procedure for success or approach to achieving a goal that is important to participants.
