Free yoga continues at Southwest Library, but on a new day, new time, and with new Yoga Activist instructor Sandra Flores. As always, all fitness levels are welcome, and mats are provided. For ages 13 and older.Namaste!

Join us every Saturday from 10:00am to 11:00am for Adult Yoga Class.Wear some comfortable clothing and bring a mat, but if you don’t have one, yoga mats are available for use during the class.The classes are taught by Yoga Activist and are held on the lower level of the library in the Larger Meeting Room.This class is free and open to the public.
