This two-hour course takes up where PC for Beginners 1 leaves off. Objectives include solidifying typing, email and Internet skills as well as learning how to create and manage files and folders, edit text, attach files to email messages and understand memory and storage basics. This class meets twice a week for five weeks. This class will be taught in Spanish.

Prerequisite: Passing, completing or testing out of PC for Beginners 1. Pre-registration is required.

Stories, songs, and rhymes for ages 0-2, with their caregivers.

For safety's sake, there is a limit of 75 participants for each story time.

Remember -- there is a story time at 10 a.m. and another repeated at 11 a.m.

kids on bikesMay is National Bike Month! Celebrate with the Mount Pleasant Library and City Bikes during a special Bike to the Library Family Story Time!

Ride your bikes over to the library for a bike themed story time and craft afterwards. A representative from a local bike shop, City Bikes, will join us to share information about family biking - everything from the best places to bike with kids to the basics of keeping your family safe while biking! If weather permits, we will enjoy the sunshine on the lawn in front if the library. If not, the program will be held in the Children’s Room on the 2nd floor of the library. Children of all ages and their families are welcome to attend.
