How do you create? Whether you prefer computers or crafts, coding or collage, there's always something to do on Thursday afternoons in Teen Space.   We’ll provide supplies*. You choose how to use them. Thursdays at 4:00 p.m. in the Teen Space. *Some days we’ll use computers and digital tech, but most days we'll use paper, pencils, and other tangible materials. Adult Coloring Book Pattern

Have you wondered if you can return to coloring books?  Do you want to relax or de-stress? Do you want to try something more complicated than a children's coloring book? All supplies will be provided, but you may also bring your own. Join us at Palisades Library on Thursday, June 9, and Thursday, July 7, at 6:30 p.m.

Sewing for Teens and Adults

These classes will cover basic sewing skills, and in each class we will make a small, hand-crafted sewing project.  We will build our skills week by week.  In this class, adults and teens will be introduced to threading a needle, sewing a button, basic stitching. Adults and teens get to personalize each project through color selection, technique, and embellishments. They will complete projects such as sewing a pillow, headband or scarf.  Also, students can come to class to get basic sewing questions answered.

The Labs are hosting a major birthday bash for one of the most beloved Walt Disney characters. That's right, Donald Duck Day is approaching!  Join us and celebrate the anniversary of Donald Duck's debut in The Wise Little Hen on July 9, 1934. Come reminisce in your childhood by creating 3-D printed ducks on our 3D printers. Light snacks will be provided.
