Happy HalloweenCome celebrate Halloween with us at the library!

Wear your costume for a parade and trick-or-treating and have fun with Halloween games and crafts.

There will be light refreshments and our friends at Sweet Frog Georgetown will be hiding with special frozen treats!

The party will be followed with a Halloween movie appropriate for all ages.

4:30 p.m.

Join us for a Halloween Celebration, 4:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m.  

Costume contest, activities, and surprises!

Scary story contest participants will read their entries at 5:30 p.m.

6:30 p.m.

Image of clementines decorated as jack-o-lanterns!Stop in between 6:30 p.m. and 8 p.m. for Halloween-themed stories -- both spooky and non-spooky -- and crafts!  Costumes welcome.

Make your own mask, decorate a "pumpkin", and more.  Special treats will be available at the Circulation Desk for children who check out books!

Children may also join our regularly scheduled Family Story Time in costume for Halloween-themed stories and songs at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 31.

Come and play Pumpkin Trick or Treat Trivia.

Search our collection for small pumpkins attached to books with questions and explore the books for the answers.

When you have a batch of pumpkins, collect a small treat for yourself.
 
For children ages 6 to 12 years old.

From 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., children and tweens can make and take home a mask of their own for trick or treating!

Varieties include robots, scarecrows, Frankenstein, black cats, and several types of princesses.
