Yoga at Your Library is a beginner level yoga class for adults and teens brought to you courtesy of Yoga Activist. No experience is required. The class is free. You can bring your own mat, but if you don’t have one, yoga mats are available for use during the class.

Want to stay fit and fabulous at 50+? Join us on select Tuesday evenings for "Petworth Pacers"! All walkers should bring their own water bottle (and a small face towel for perspiration, if you like) and dress in comfortable, weather-appropriate, movement-oriented clothing. Doctor's approval should be sought prior to participation. All walkers are required to sign liability waivers. Young children in strollers may accompany walkers.

Introduction to Viniyoga
