Let Southwest Library help you keep your New Year's resolutions! Certified fitness instructor Deborah Atkins will hold a multi-week workshop series on keeping physically fit at all ages. Over several months, she will teach people how to design a low-cost fitness program designed to address total body conditioning, covering aerobics, strength, and flexibility.
