Soothing Sunday Yoga

Make time for peace and mindfulness on Mondays this summer with free hatha yoga classes.Yoga Activist, a D.C.-based nonprofit, is dedicated to personal empowerment and community awareness through yoga practice. A volunteer from Yoga Activist will teach the classes. Hatha yoga is a gentle and slower-paced form of yoga. The classes are one hour in length. Please note that due to space limitations we will limit the class to 25 participants.

Volunteers from The Bike House collective and Capitol Hill Bikes will provide bike repair services at no cost for the public outside of Anacostia Neighborhood Library on select Saturdays this summer from noon to 2:30 p.m.
