Kid's Night: The Science of Superpowers

Join us for a writing workshop led by 826DC.  This workshop implements a fun, baseline understanding of biology, physics and engineering. Participants will explore the science behind everyday superpowers through experiments inspired by poetry that fit the themes. Delve into the science of superpowers by reflecting on origins, as the we learn about DNA and DNA extraction, experiment with basic engineering skills and construct prototypes, and save the day with an egg drop experiment.
