Join us for a day of Star Wars-related crafts, activities, puzzles and prizes! Make your own Origami Yoda, pick up a Star Wars-related book or comic and perform other Jedi paper tricks!

All ages are welcome to attend in and out of costume. We hope to see many Jedi, rebels, Wookies, Ewoks and even a Sith Lord or two! Check out some of our Star Wars related titles and feel the power of the Force!

Join Shepherd Park Library for an afternoon celebrating Ethiopian culture and community, inspired by 2014's DC Reads book, The Beautiful Things That Heaven Bears by Dinaw Mengestu. The event will feature performances by local musicians and information provided by community organizations. Experience music that is new or cherished and get to know the organizations that serve our community.
