Where did all of the pop-up books go?! Don't worry, they're still here! Many of these books are very delicate and not available to check out, but you will be able to read them and handle them in the library! Just drop on by Thursday nights and our children's staff will bring them out for you. Please note that young children must handle pop-up books with a parent.

This story time helps children with early language and literacy skills through reading stories, singing songs, learning new rhymes and honing visual literacy skills with the librarian.
Join us for a fun, interactive story time that encourages early language and literacy skills through stories, songs and rhymes. Wonderful Ones is a caregiver and child program for children that are walking up to and including age two.You must register each week for this program.
Looking for a fun, family oriented, weekend activity? Look no further!Children and their families are encouraged to let loose and have a ball in the library. Rise, shine and join us for morning glory stories! Come enjoy books, songs, movement, rhymes and fingerplays. This story time program is for children under age 4 and their caregivers. Groups of 10 or more, please call 202-727-5012 to schedule a special group story time.
