How to Be A Hero

"How To Be A Hero" is a fun storytelling, reading, writing and drawing program for our Summer Readers, ages 6 - 9.   Let’s create cool origin stories with illustrations to explain our superhero names, powers and personalities (also known as “alter egos”)!  This program can count towards 1 hour (= 4 colored masks) of Summer Reading credit!

We'll share tips on how to promote early literacy at home in this interactive presentation in the Children's Room on the Second Floor of the library. Your children are welcome: Every child will receive a free book.   The program is for parents and caregivers of children ages birth to 5.
