Hit List Large Print EditionHave you ever read a large print book?  Whether you need the larger print, or whether it would just give your eyes a rest, try a large print book.  Your eyes will thank you. 

The library owns some books only in large print. Especially in mystery and romance, you may find titles by favorite authors that are not available in another edition.

picture of Sherlock series actorsBrush up on Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes stories, Dr. Who episodes, and watch BBC One's Sherlock to get ready for the Jan. 3 discussion of the television series with guest Lloyd Rose. Her encyclopedic knowledge of Dr. Who, combined with her enthusiasm for the original Sherlock Holmes character, will inspire even more enthusiasm for the new interpretation of the world's best known detective. 

The Cleveland Park Mystery Book Club meets on the first Thursday of the month, at 6:30 p.m., at Barnes & Noble, 12th and E streets, NW.
