French Story Time is for children of all ages.
This program includes songs, music and motion and is very interactive. Children have the opportunity to learn French songs, practice their French, and connect words with motion, as well as enjoy stories.

Looking for something to do in the afternoons now that the weather has turned colder? We want to remind everyone that on Wednesday afternoons at 4pm we host a kid's chess class. All ages and skill levels are welcome. And for those afternoons when we don't have class, you can keep up your game with some of our chess instruction books.
Kids, do you like reading comics and graphic novels? Do you want to talk about the graphic novels you read? Do you want to eat pizza? How about doing all three at the same time?Once a month, we host a graphic novel book club just for kids ages 8 and up.
On Sunday, Nov. 17, 2 p.m., the Cleveland Park library will present a screening of Modest Reception [Paziraie Sadeh]. Directed by Mani Haghighi, it was released in 2012 and runs 100 minutes. In Farsi with English subtitles.
