On May 2-4, 1963, hundreds of students marched in the "Children's Crusade" in Birmingham,. Ala. A song created for the "Children's Crusade" movement was sung during the march:

Image with text: Microsoft Word 2010A six-part Microsoft Word class will be offered in June on Tuesdays from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. The classes will cover all major aspects of Microsoft Word versions 2007 and 2010. Part one will be offered on June 19th. The following five parts will be offered on the following Tuesdays, with the sixth and final part offered on July 24th.

These classes are free and open to the public. These classes are for beginners that have already had experience with using a mouse and computer keyboard with relative ease. They will be offered by Deanwood Library staff in the Deanwood Recreation Center Computer Lab.
