Former NCPD commanders indicted
William Flanagan, second deputy commissioner; John Hunter, deputy chief of patrol; and Alan Sharpe, a recently retired deputy commander of the Seventh Precinct Squad, have been indicted after an investigation by District Attorney Kathleen Rice's office, sources said.
