Emotional statements in sentencing for hit-run driver
Joseph Plummer of Middle Island was convicted of hitting and killing Scott Wayte of Brookhaven in December. Wednesday, as Plummer was sentenced to 2 to 6 years in prison, emotional statements were read by Wayte's family members. Pool video (July 10, 2013)
