12,000-pound 'potato' at Hofstra
The Hofstra Food Show becomes one stop on the national tour of The Idaho® Potato Truck, which is traveling to more than 50 cities this year, raising awareness about hunger among homebound seniors, and raising funds for Meals on Wheels, the nonprofit that helps feed them.
