S.O.S. LI/NY-Save Our Shore Line Towns will hold a free Hurricane Sandy Open Flea Market in Island Park on Sunday.
The flea market will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Island Park Exchange Antiques parking lot, at 4338 Austin Blvd. The event is for residents of Island Park, Long Beach and Oceanside who were affected by superstorm Sandy. Residents from surrounding areas will not be turned away, organizers said.
Sue Hecht, of Island Park, who lost all of her possessions during superstorm Sandy, helped organize the event.
