This shift in hours is based on a careful evaluation of how you and your neighbors like to use the library. By opening our doors an hour earlier each day we have the opportunity to better serve those who co-work at the library, our seniors, older students and caregivers with young children. As your neighborhood library, DC Public Library is committed to meeting you where you are to deliver the best services, resources and spaces you need where and most importantly when you need them. We are excited to see you soon at the library! Plan your next visit today.
