Long Island Adventure Race: Forecast calls for mud

Saturday is the Long Island Adventure Race in Calverton, a mud run with what is promised to be an interesting array of obstacles.
The weather forecast calls for a 70 percent chance of rain. Rain means more mud. Temperatures will be in the 50s. That means cold mud.
Then again, if you don't like mud, you probably shouldn't be doing a mud run.
