Kidnap, rape charges for Ohio man
Kidnapping and rape charges were filed Wednesday against a man arrested after three women missing for about a decade were found alive at his home. Ariel Castro was charged while his brothers were held but faced no immediate charges. AP video. (May 8)
Ariel Castro, charged with rape and kidnapping, remained jailed Friday under a suicide watch on $8 million bond while prosecutors weighed more charges, including some that might carry the death penalty.
