Nassau County, NY extends outdoor pool hours
MINEOLA, N.Y. - (AP) -- Nassau County says it's extending the hours at its major outdoor swimming pools because of the "extremely high temperatures and humidity."
Pools at five locations will remain open until 8 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
