Meet Joshua Sobol

Joshua SobolThrough a partnership with the Embassy of Israel, internationally acclaimed Israeli author, director and award-winning playwright, Joshua Sobol comes to the DC Public Library on Thursday, October 7, from 2 to 3:30 p.m.

Sobol will discuss Memory and Drama: The Grey Zone Between Fact and Fiction and his latest novel, Cut Throat Dog, a literary spy thriller. Meet this mesmerizing, controversial writer during his limited engagement in the U.S. 

Plays by Sobol have been staged throughout the world, in London, Paris, Los Angeles, Berlin, Cut Throat DogVienna, Cologne, Toronto, Oslo and D.C. His plays and novels have been published in many languages, but his latest fiction, Cut Throat Dog, is his first novel of international intrigue and psychological suspense translated into English.
