Hello. Hello! My name is Scampers, and I am a PAL volunteer. I showed off my crowd-pleasing tricks at the library today. I did my high-five, followed by a double high-five (slick, eh?), and then, for my grand finale, I did a roll over. I really worked the crowd!
So, let me tell you a bit about me. I am a four-year old mini golden doodle, and, as you can see, I am adorable. I love making new friends and I love snuggling up to hear a story. At the library tonight, I had many bedtime stories.
One little boy, who was an exceptional reader for his age, read Sam Finds a Monster by Mary Labatt. Someone else read Detective LaRue: Letters from the Investigation by Mark Teague to me. I like to get really close to see the pictures. I appreciate illustrators’ attention to detail.
Well, I am going to go for a stroll now. Catch ya later!
