So, I’m Brad. I am part Bichon, part Shih Tzu. I am a service dog and a therapy dog. I do not mean to be boastful. However, I am rather accomplished for a six-month-old. I work in nursing homes, schools, and now the library. I am a very playful PAL pup. However, I know when to use my library voice!
I admit, I did get a bit excited when I saw dear, sweet Aubrey… She and I have met here and there… yet my heart still pounds in my furry chest when I see her. She is so precious! I think I may adjust my library schedule so that I can work her shift.
Despite my interest in Aubrey, I was riveted by Miss Julie’s story Harry the Dirty Dog by Gene Zion. I couldn’t wait to hear what happened next! What a story! I also liked Biscuit Takes a Walk by Alyssa Satin Capucilli. And Green Eggs and Ham by Dr. Seuss. Can you imagine?! Green eggs and ham… Eeeuw. I think I’ll stick to my liver treats, thank you very much!
Waving bye-bye!
Brad
