Bonjour! As you can see from my photos, I am growing out my hair. It is my winter look. Perhaps it is a bit too puffy. What do you think? I am a stylish girl and do like to remain Fashion Forward! Perhaps I’ll change my look again mid-winter. Soon I will take my annual holiday photo and send out Seasons Greeting to all my PAL friends and I do want to look my best.
Well, enough about my hair. Let’s talk books, shall we? So many splendid selections this evening! I quite enjoyed the illustrations in and the clever story of The Dog who Cried Wolf by Keiko Kazsa. My owner noticed my gleaming eyes while I listened to the story and gave me a playful look, as if to imply… Now, don’t get any crazy ideas, Missy!
I adored the book called The Dog from Arf! Arf! to Zzzzzz by the Dog Artlist Collection. I think it was the way the little boy read it to me with such enthusiasm. I do love a good re-telling! Perritos by Fiona Watt gave me a chance to brush up on my Spanish. And Biscuit and the Baby by Alyssa Satin Capucilli was a comforting little book. My need for good stories and tender affection was fulfilled this evening at the library. I will sleep well.
