Is Your Baby Sleeping Through the Night?

Sleeping through the night?
I am the mother of a 15-month-old daughter, Isabella. When she was 12 months old, my husband, Adam, and I sleep trained her. This is the culmination of months of research, reading several books, discussions with countless parents and caregivers, the application of various methods which invariably led to SUCCESS!
Being a librarian has been a terrific profession while I have been growing as a new mother. It has been a godsend to be so close to the wealth of printed resources available through the library. The parent/teacher collections have been invaluable as has been the general Dewey call number 613 Promotion of health & 649 Child rearing.
Not all sleep training methods will work for all babies or for all parents. Here are a few of the books we consulted on our quest for a restful night's sleep. Good luck on your quest!
