Tavis Smiley has come out with a new book: Fail Up! In it, he offers words of wisdom on everything from humility to cheating to grace.
Smiley offers these words of advice by way of anecdotal life experiences. Advice from Brother Cornel West adds to this proverbial pot of guidance.
