Nothing like a bit of R&R. I feel relaxed and rested after my Chicago vacation. I love the wind in my face. I love to hang my head out the station wagon window and watch MD, PA, OH, IN, IL pass by. My nose knows when Lake Michigan approaches. Oooh! I love the smell of Lake Michigan. And I LOVE going to Wiggley Field, it’s the Wrigley Field for doggies.
As I listened to Tiny Goes Camping by Cari Meister, I remembered my camp days and the stellar report card I got. I was top dog when it came to “getting along with others” and “willing to participate in new activities.”
And, now I’m going on vacation again. I love summer! I’ll be back again in late August to resume my PAL reading assistant duties with Miss Julie. Happy summer!
