So, this is Miss Julie’s new library! It was my first time at the Takoma Park Library, and what a charming place it is. I am 13, and I have seen a lot of places. I am a curious and friendly fellow and very proud to be a PAL doggie.
Lots of children wanted to read to me tonight. I am a small white dog, and kids like me, and I like them. I heard many great doggie books, though it seems I have forgotten the titles! Ooopsies. I do remember the scrumptious doggie smoothie Miss Julie gave me. It was spectacular! She got it at the Big Bad Woof; apparently they had sold out of peanut butter frozen yogurt for doggies. Maybe I’ll get to try that at the next doggie birthday party!
It really was a night to remember. I started off as a shelter dog … where there were no birthday parties for doggies. … And look how far I’ve come! Hobnobbing with the top dogs of D.C.!
Going to sleep with a smile on my face.
Warmly,
Willie
