Stay safe for summer! Free rapid, confidential and pain-free HIV testing, plus questions answered by trained health educators. HIV wareness celebration with film screening, demonstrations and more! Sponsored by the Washington AIDS Partnership AmeriCorps and Whitman-Walker Clinic. In observance of National HIV Testing Day.
Ages 16 and up.
Schedule of Events:
10 am - HIV testing, counseling, and referrals begin
10 am - Condom demonstrations, trivia games with prizes; resource table
11 am - Female Condom Two demonstration
12 pm - HIV 101 led by Metro Teen AIDS Staff
1 pm - Screening of The Other City
2:30 pm - Discussion about The Other City with HIV services professionals
3:30 pm - Female Condom Two demonstration
4 pm - HIV Testing ends
