Meditation for Healthy Living

The Chevy Chase Library is proud to announce that it will be hosting a meditation workshop entitled “Meditation for Healthy Living” on January 11 at 1 p.m. Karin Sliverman will be teaching meditation techniques that can reduce stress, enhance relaxation and promote inner growth. No registration is required.
