Edible Storytelling with the Culinary Griot!

Explore West African food and storytelling traditions with a culinary griot!   Examine ingredients, recipes, and the social significance of unique ethnic recipes, as well as foods prepared and eaten during celebrations. The social dynamics of food preparation, its consumption and accompanying food rituals will be explored.  Ages 5-12.
