Meditations with Coach Maq

Meditation will support your mind, body and spirit in aligning with what you desire to experience in your life -- whether it is finding your purpose, gaining some sense of direction or the experience of peace and joy in your daily living.  In Meditations with Maq, Coach Maq will facilitate an interactive experience where you will learn skills and techniques needed to successfully begin incorporating a meditation practice in your daily life experience.
