“The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you'll go.” ― Dr. Seuss, I Can Read With My Eyes Shut!
You are invited to a Dr. Seuss Birthday Celebration! Children of all ages are welcome to attend a special program with read-alouds and arts and craft activities all about the one and only Dr. Seuss. The program will take place at 12:15 p.m. Wednesday, March 7, and is brought to you by Northwest One Library and the organization WitKids.
WitKids is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to foster social entrepreneurship and leadership in kids by empowering them to commit to improving their school, community and world by designing and launching their own service projects. (Whatever it takes!) WitKids was founded in 2009 in San Diego, CA and has recently expanded to Washington, DC. For more information visit their website or contact Denisha Jones, East Coast Program Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please email email@example.com if you are planning to bring a group to this program.
