¡Uno, Dos, Tres con Andrés!

Learn about Latin American culture through bilingual songs and dances

On Thursday, April 26 at 10:30 a.m., join us for ¡Uno, Dos, Tres con Andrés! Children will learn about Latin American culture and the Spanish language through song and dance! Children will have fun while trying out regional Latin dance steps and practicing Spanish words. A visit from Andrés is always exciting! If you can't make it to this program, there will be more opportunities to catch ¡Uno, Dos, Tres con Andrés! at other DC Public Library locations throughout the summer.

On Monday, April 30 at 1:30 p.m., we will have bilingual story time for children ages infant to six. Sing your favorite songs, like The Itsy Bitsy Spider, with us in English and Spanish, enjoy bilingual picture books by author Susan Middleton Elya, and more!

Each child who attends either program will receive a free book to take home and keep! Books are available in Spanish or English.
Children of all ages are welcome.
