Looking for more vitality, better health and an enhanced sense of well-being? Join Karin Silverman on Monday, September 13, at 7 p.m., in the large meeting room as she discusses the many benefits of a vegetarian lifestyle. She will explore how the vegetarian diet is gentle to the planet and how it can enhance our spiritual development. 

Silverman, who has been meditating for over 40 years, will offer the audience a chance to practice a simple meditation technique. Through meditation, each of us can experience more peaceful, enriching and meaningful lives.
