Ms. Silverman has been practicing mediation for more than 40 years. She will discuss the extraordinary benefits of meditation and how it improves the overall physical health of the body as well as mental and spiritual health.  The audience will have a chance to practice this simple technique that can reduce stress, enhance relaxation and promote inner growth.
