In honor of DC Reads, a national program to promote literacy, The District of Columbia has selected Reading Lolita in Tehran by Azar Nafisi. The story is about Ms. Nafisi and a group of women who read and met weekly to discuss forbidden Western Literature.
The Francis A. Gregory Adult Book Club will discuss this book for the October meeting.
