Transforming Ourselves Through Meditation & Lifestyle

Participants will learn a simple but powerful method of meditation that can transform their lives. David Newcomb will discuss how meditation can help heal us physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

This will be a two-part meditation series with part one on Oct. 11 and part two on October 18. Both sessions are at 7 p.m. and will be located in the lower-level meeting room.
