All budding cartoonist Junior wants is a good education—and to survive high school while getting it. So he goes off the reservation in search of it at a new high school, where he’s picked on by just about everyone, and the only other Indian is the mascot.
Join us Dec. 12 at 7 p.m. in the meeting room on the main floor for a discussion of this imaginative, semi-autobiographical National Book Award winner by Sherman Alexie.
