Karin Silverman has been practicing meditation for more than 40 years. Karin Silverman works as a licensed massage therapist in Silver Spring, Md., primarily focusing on the muscle therapy Neurosoma. She has been in the health care industry for 16 years. Karin has been married since 1975 to Dr. Stephan Silverman; they have two children and three grandchildren. She has been meditating for over 40 years and has been speaking on the benefits of meditation and incorporating this into our daily routines.
