Tips For Writing A Successful KSA

jobseekersIf you are applying for a job in the federal or D.C. government, you will be required to complete a list of KSAs (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities).

Willette Coleman, Executive Director of HeadsUp Career and Scholarship Consulting, is conducting a series of workshops designed to assist you in learning to write a successful KSA.  In these workshops, you will learn how to: 

  • Focus on key words and phrases in the vacancy announcements.
  • Link your experiences with the KSAs to demonstrate that you are the best candidate for the job.
  • Elaborate on acquired skills and responsibilities.
  • Use concrete examples to highlight your skills.
