E-Reader Show & Tell

Received a Kindle as a holiday gift and not sure how to use it?
Thinking of buying a Nook, but not sure which one to get?
Don't know the difference between an iPad and an iPod?
Are you wondering how to go about downloading books, movies and music from the library?
Help is on the way.
After a holiday hiatus, our monthly E-Reader Show & Tell sessions will resume in January. The lunchtime and after-work demonstrations offer a look at the new devices and step-by-step instructions on how to download books, music and movies from the library's website. Come meet the Popular Services staff and let us help you! You can bring your own device or take a look at ours.
The after-work demonstrations will be held on Monday, and the lunchtime demonstrations will be held on Tuesday, of the last week of every month. The dates for January's sessions are Monday, January 28 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Tuesday, January 29 from noon to 2 p.m. The staff will be available to demonstrate, answer questions, and troubleshoot in the Great Hall just outside the Popular Library.
