Join us as Dr. K. leads a series of personal health care education workshops in January and February in Meeting Room A. The sessions -- held on Jan. 17, Jan. 24, Feb. 21 and Feb. 28 -- are 1.5 hours long.
Workshop activities will include:
- Discussing what's new in healthcare
- Viewing documentary health videos and discussion
- Cellular ecology (How cells generate energy and lose energy)
- Discussions on how to improve your health
