Reducing Stress in the New Year

Start the new year with a new lease on life...learn to meditate. Karin Silverman will return to the the Francis A. Gregory Library to teach a meditation class. All levels of meditation practice are welcome, especially beginners.
Regular meditation has been shown to promote tranquility and relaxation, and to lower stress levels.
