D.C. Office on Aging Older Workers Employment and Training Program
The program provides employment and training opportunities for District residents 55 years of age and older. Services emphasize the development of employment and training opportunities through job search assistance workshops, on-the-job training, job development, and placement and classroom skills training.

D.C. Department of Employment Services
DOES provides job seekers with a number of employment opportunities through its DC Works! Career Centers. Each center provides career counseling, career planning, résumé assistance, direct job placement, classroom and on-the-job training, access to America's Job Bank (both online and via telephone), information about local and national labor markets, unemployment compensation and much more.

Monster.com
One of the Internet’s largest job-seeking sites has resources to create a résumé, search for jobs, and prepare for interviews.  The DC Public Library occasionally has classes on using Monster.com.  Check the computer class schedule.
