Junk food got you feeling tired and lazy? Do you want to eat healthier but don't know where to start?
Join us Feb. 20 from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. for an interactive and hands-on workshop. We'll learn how to read labels and prepare healthy snacks and meals.
This session is for ages 19 and younger, so bring your friends!
