We know that downloading library e-books and audio books and using other digital resources can be confusing, even for the tech-savvy among us. That is why we offer personalized assistance on a drop-in basis.

Need help checking out digital materials, downloading them, registering your library account or transferring library media to your e-book reader, tablet, smartphone, or MP3 player? Interested in using digital resources like Zinio, which lets you read digital versions of popular magazines, and Freegal, which lets you download three free songs each week?

Stop by the Georgetown Neighborhood Library on Tuesday evenings or Friday mornings, and we'll get you sorted out. Bring your device and your library card with you.

Also, bring your laptop if you need help downloading onto a Nook or an MP3 player that is not also a smartphone.

If you are unsure of what you need to bring, call the library at 202-727-0232.
