In celebration of Deaf History Month (March 13 - April 15), we're hosting an author talk with Melvia M. and Ronald E. Nomeland on their book, The Deaf Community in America: History in the Making. They will also discuss overcoming medical and pathological models in education and society and the humanization of deafness.
