Come learn about Washington, D.C.'s local history with the exhibit, Peirce Mill: Two Hundred Years in the Nation's Capital, during the month of April.
Peirce Mill is one of Washington's oldest landmarks and an important destination in Rock Creek Park. Peirce Mill offers a glimpse into the area's agrarian past and early technology of flour production. The exhibit traces the Peirce Mill's history from its pre-revolutionary days to its recent revival into an educational site with a working mill.
The exhibit is brought to the library by the Friends of Peirce Mill.
