Join the next "Petworth Pacers" gathering. All walkers should bring their own water bottle (and a small face towel for perspiration, if you like) and dress in comfortable, weather-appropriate, movement-oriented clothing.
Walks are low impact and moderately paced on either a track or throughout the Petworth neighborhood. We warm up, then walk for 1 hour and focus on elevating the heart rate, regulating pace and breath, staying hydrated and enjoying each other’s company in the great outdoors. We will meet if there is light rain/misting, but cancel if there is heavy downpour.
